In 2011, 12 and 13 we were engaged in Adelaide to assist with the setup and take down of 2 music festivals. Future Music Festival and Summerdayze Festival.
FMF specifically engaged us to connect multiple ADSL lines from the venue's local MDF and run lines out to local retail outlets and ticketing booths.
Our client required multiple ADSL services and WiFi separate to the event's security and communications infrastructure. Thus we were engaged to undertake these additional works.
The events were held over multiple years and venues over those years in places such as Adelaide Parklands, Adelaide Bowling Club, Adelaide High School Parklands, Bonython Parklands and the Adelaide Royal Showgrounds.
Each year we not only installed the infrastructure but remained on site during the event to ensure if any lines were to fail that one of our staff were present to ensure it was back up and working immediately.
Our role involved us working alongside FMF staff, Security and Telstra as well as local and FMF electricians. Each year we got the job done effectively and on time.
